Please be aware as of 1st June 2022 all new customers must sign up to our Direct Debit payment scheme. All other forms of payments also shown below are for existing customers only.

1. Card Payments

	A. Via our Website
	If you wish to pay an outstanding amount on your account, please click the button below. At no stage of the process are your bank details or card numbers disclosed to Diamond Window Cleaning. Once you've made payment, you will receive an immediate emailed receipt from Pay a Trader.

	B. Phone Us
	We can accept card payments by phone. You can phone us FREE on 0800 043 9542 or on 0131 315 0206 (charged at local rate).
	C. Payment at Door
			We accept all VISA and credit card payments either at your door at the time of your clean via our chip & pin machine.

2. By Direct Debit (all new customers)

At no stage of the process are your bank details or card numbers disclosed to Diamond Window Cleaning.

In order to improve and streamline our services, we are offering our customers an automated direct debit payment system.

To set up a Direct Debit, simply click on the green button below. The form takes less than 2 minutes to complete…. Future window cleaning payments will then be collected automatically by Direct Debit AFTER each window clean.

•		Payments are only collected AFTER we have cleaned your windows (approx. 5 days after the clean)
•		This is not a monthly Direct Debit
•		We do not share your personal details with any 3rd parties except for the information you provide GoCardless*

4. By Cheque

Please make your cheque payable to Diamond Window Cleaning Ltd, and send it to Unit 3, New Lairdship Yards, Edinburgh EH11 3UY. Residential clients should put their address on the back of the cheque.

5. By Cash

You can pay cash on the day of your clean to one of our uniformed operatives. Please don't send cash in the post.
